Faeka Ansari

Faeka is a Senior Platform Engineer, international technical speaker, and open-source contributor with more than five years of experience in the industry. She works as a full-time freelance DevOps engineer, helping orgs scale large platforms and leading AI-driven SRE infrastructure initiatives. Before going independent, she was a software engineer at Akuity and a platform engineer at Slice. Faeka has deep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, and Terraform, and holds several cloud-native certifications, including Certified Kubernetes Administrator. She is a member of the Kubernetes Release Team, helps maintain open-source Kubernetes-native projects, and was a Linux Foundation Intern with the Istio project. She has also led technical community initiatives with CNCF, Google, GitHub, and Microsoft. As a Docker Captain and CNCF Ambassador, Faeka is a dedicated mentor who has coached thousands of learners around the world. Through her YouTube channel, LinkedIn, X and Instagram’s Technical Audience, she reaches a community of more than 50,000 people, making technology approachable and fun. She is especially active on YouTube and X, and loves speaking at and attending in-person events.
