Imran Bagwan

Imran Bagwan is a Lead Development Engineer at Finshape, specializing in backend architecture, cloud-native systems, and agentic AI. He is the creator of MCP Depot, an open-source self-hosted hub that lets developers register any REST API as a named AI tool using the Model Context Protocol, and Agent Harbor, a Docker sandbox environment that gives AI agents fully isolated execution separate from the host system. Imran works at the intersection of AI and containers, exploring how Docker-based infrastructure enables secure, reproducible agentic AI workflows. He is an organizer of the AAIF Community Pune chapter, supporting the local practitioner community around open agentic AI standards including MCP, Goose, and agentgateway.
