This is an opportunity to join Docker’s rapidly expanding Customer Success team and to work directly with our most important enterprise customers. As a Technical Relationship Manager you will apply your enterprise technical and relationship management expertise to help ensure our customers successfully adopt the Docker platform and achieve their stated business goals. You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales team, Docker Engineering, Product Management and Support organizations and will serve as an advocate for our customers within Docker.


  • Manage ~30 accounts
  • Assist customers with “how to” and non-break fix guidance
  • Deliver internally developed roadmap, best practices, tip & tricks collateral to customers via regular check-ins
  • Regular Knowledge Base contributions for “how to” guidance provided to customers
  • Drive positive customer sentiment and product adoption through proactive engagement
  • Work closely with regional Customer Success and Sales teams in account planning

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience managing Global 10K customers in technical environments
  • BSc. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve technical problems and translate customer experience to actionable feedback for engineering
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Docker and the container ecosystem
  • Docker Certified Professional
  • Experience with the virtualization and cloud services (VMWare, Azure, AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean etc)
  • Ability to solve technical problems and translate customer experience to actionable feedback for engineering
  • Experience in Linux and/or Windows Server administration
  • Experience with infrastructure layers such as networking, storage, security, and operating systems
  • Understanding or experience with DevOps concepts and tools (continuous integration and deployment, configuration management, serverless architecture, etc.)
