The Customer Success organization at Docker helps our customers and the community to build, ship and run distributed applications based upon Docker technology. We do this by delivering hands-on training, expert consulting and technical support, and providing access to a wealth of practical knowledge gathered from our many customer engagements around the globe.
Each of the dedicated professionals in the Customer Success team must prove – on a daily basis – that they can and will live up to our core competencies of deep product knowledge, practical hands-on experience and world-class service, enabling delivery of a differentiated and exceptional customer experience.
